(KOSDAQ:A032790) announced a private placement of 2,133,766 common shares with face value of KRW 500 per share at an issue price of KRW 1,570 for gross proceeds of KRW 3,350,012,620 on December 14, 2020. The transaction will include participation from individual investors Yeon-seung Lee for 63695 shares, Hwa-yeol Lee for 191083 shares, Hye-kyung Park for 127389 shares, Ji-yeon Kim for 127389 shares, Jin-haeng Lee for 127389 shares, Seong-hoon Jo for 63695 shares, Ri-na Seong for 31848 shares, Hee-jung Seo for 63695 shares, Young-gak Kim for 63695 shares, Dong-won Kim for 318472 shares, Seong-min Kim for 63695 shares, Tae-hee Kwak for 127389 shares, Young-ja Kim for 127389 shares, AFC Health Cure Fund for 636943 shares. The company will issue shares through third party allotment method. The securities issued will be subject to a hold period of one year. The transaction is expected to close on December 23, 2020.
