Metminco : Security Consolidation Complete

ASX ANNOUNCEMENT 4 January 2017

METMINCO SECURITY CONSOLIDATION COMPLETE Metminco Limited (Metminco or the Company) (ASX: MNC; AIM: MNC) advises that the 50 to 1 security consolidation approved by shareholders at an extraordinary meeting of the Company's shareholders held on 20 December 2016 is complete.

Following the completion of the security consolidation the Company has on issue 90,280,468 fully paid shares (Shares) and 100,000 unlisted options to acquire one share at A$1.51 per Share on or before 1 August 2017.

The Company's share registry, Link Market Services Limited, has dispatched notices to shareholders confirming the details of their shareholdings on a pre and post consolidation basis.

An updated Range of Units Schedule (Table 1) and a Top Holders Report (Table 2) are included below in this announcement.

Normal trading will commence under the Company's ASX and AIM code of MNC on 4 January 2017.
