Company Metan AO

Metan OAO (Metan OJSC) is a Russia-based company engaged in the gas distribution services sector. The Company specializes in the transportation and distribution of natural gas, as well as provision of such services as maintenance and repair of in-house gas equipment, public pipelines networks design, construction and installation works. Metan OAO also rents own gas-related equipment. The Company is active domestically in Penza Oblast, on the territory of the Penzensky, Bessonovsky, Kondolskiy, Shemysheysky and Mokshanksy Districts. As of September 30, 2014, the Company's major shareholder was Gazprom gazoraspredeleniye Penza OAO.
