(Alliance News) - Met.Extra Group Spa announced that the board has co-opted Sarah Rocchi as a new board member.
Rocchi, managing director of subsidiary Metextra Spa, replaces Perini Gastone, who passed away recently.
Met.Extra Group's stock is down 4.6 percent at EUR3.78 per share.
