Rainbow Central and Eastern Europe Investments Limited agreed to acquire 15% stake in MediaTel Spolka Akcyjna (WSE:MTL) from Hawe Spólka Akcyjna (WSE:HWE) for PLN 39.3 million in cash on March 19, 2015. A total of 98.1 million shares will be acquired in the deal at a price of PLN 0.4 per share.
