MCOT Public Company (MCOT Plc.) would like to inform you that Mrs.Phornsiri Manoharn has resigned from her position as Independent Director of MCOT Plc. and Chairman of Audit Committee, effective January 13, 2014 due to additional responsibilities on which he has been assigned to take urgently.
In this respect, MCOT Plc. will then proceed with the selection and appointment of a new director, who is legally qualified and possesses no prohibited characteristics as prescribed in the Company's Articles of Association and relevant laws, and will inform our shareholders of such appointment.
