Accrelist Crowdfunding Pte. Ltd. agreed to acquire 28.53% stake in MClean Technologies Berhad (KLSE:MCLEAN) from Decor Industries Pte Ltd. and JCS Group Pte. Ltd, , Yeo Hock Huat, Yeo Seow Lai, Yeo Lian Cheng and Lim Han Kiau for MYR 9 million on June 25, 2024. A cash consideration valued at MYR 0.16 per share will be paid by Accrelist Crowdfunding Pte. Ltd.

The transaction is subject to approval by regulatory board / committee and consummation of due diligence investigation.
