Masterplast : Information on treasury share transactions

company registration number: 07-10-001342, hereinafter referred to as "Company", "MASTERPLAST Nyrt.") hereby informs the honourable Investors that - as the objectives under the Employee Stock Ownership Program 2022-2023 Remuneration Policy were not met - 110,000 ordinary shares of MASTERPLAST Nyrt. were returned to the Company on 2 May 2024 from the MASTERPLAST Employee Stock Ownership Program Organisation (hereinafter referred to as the "MRP Organisation"). Accordingly, the number of treasury shares of the Company increased from 0 to 110,000 shares, representing 0.65% of the issued share capital.

The Company returned the above 110,000 ordinary shares of MASTERPLAST Nyrt. to the MRP Organisation as a founding contribution for the purpose of the 2024-2025 Employee Stock Ownership Program, without consideration. As a result of the transfer, the Company has not own treasury shares.
