With reference to the Board of Directors Meeting of Masterkool International Public Company Limited (the "Company") No. 9/2022, held on August 19, 2022, it was resolved to approve the establishment the two new registered subsidiaries with the following detail:

	17,500 Shares equally to 35.000%
	3.Mr. Atsakorn Singsikornkul

	4.Mr. Kriangkrai Siravanichkan
	1 Share equally to 0.002%
	Remark: the person 2nd and 3rd are not related person with the Company and its
	subsidiaries.
Registered Capital	5,000,000 Baht (Five Million Baht)
	Consisted of 50,000 Ordinary Shares
	With a par value of 100 Baht per share
