Marsden Maritime Holdings Limited provides commercial and industrial land for lease to growing businesses. Its leases include Kiteotara Business & Commercial Centre-Marsden Cove; Industrial and Commercial Zoned Land-Marsden Cove, and Office Lease-Marsden Cove Village.
