Sigma Warehousing Sdn Bhd entered into Sale and Purchase agreements to acquire Subang 1 and Chee Wah in Malaysia from Mapletree Logistics Trust for MYR 50.2 million.

Sigma Warehousing Sdn Bhd entered into Sale and Purchase agreements to acquire Subang 1 and Chee Wah in Malaysia from Mapletree Logistics Trust (SGX:M44U) for MYR 50.2 million on January 13, 2023. As of July 10, 2023, the acquisition of Chee Wah in Malaysia has been completed. The Divestment is expected to be completed by the first half of FY23/24.
