Carlos Antonio Tilkian made an offer to acquire remaining 68.43% stake in Manufatura de Brinquedos Estrela SA (BOVESPA:ESTR4) from Zenith Asset Management Ltda and others for BRL 4.1 million on September 16, 2015. The price of the tender offer is BRL 0.37 per share for all the outstanding shares of the company, that is, 0.28 million ordinary and 10.78 million preferred shares. The tender offer will be analyzed by the company's regulator.
