Manappuram Finance Ltd. Approves Issue of Secured, Rated, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures on Private Placement Basis

Manappuram Finance Limited informed that Financial Resources and Management Committee of the Board of Directors of Manappuram Finance Limited (“Company”) at its meeting held on January 21,2021, approved the issuance of Secured, Rated, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures of face value of INR 1 million each for and amount of INR 6,000 million on private placement route.
