Malayan Flour Mills Berhad is a Malaysia-based company, which is principally engaged in the business of milling and selling wheat flour and trading in grain and other allied products. The Company operates throughout three segments: Flour and grain trading, Poultry integration, and Others. Flour and grain trading segment is engaged in milling and selling wheat flour and trading in grain and other allied products. Poultry integration segment is engaged in manufacture and sale of animal feeds, processing and sale of poultry products, poultry grow-out farm, breeding and sale of day-old-chicks and contract farming activities. Others segment is engaged in manufacture and sale of aqua feeds, remeasurement of contingent consideration receivable and provision for profit guarantee payment. The Company’s subsidiaries include Dindings Soya & Multifeeds Sdn. Berhad, Premier Grain Sdn. Bhd., Vimaflour Ltd., MFM International Ltd., MFM Property Sdn. Bhd. and Mekong Flour Mills Ltd.
