Mabuhay Vinyl Corporation Declares Cash Dividend for the Year Ended December 31, 2020, Payable Not Later Than June 17, 2021

MABUHAY VINYL CORPORATION in its special meeting held via remote communication, on 28 April 2021, approved the declaration of cash dividend out of the unrestricted retained earnings of the Company as of 31 December 2020 of 10% per share (PhP0.10/share) to stockholders of record as of the close of business hours on 26 May 2021, to be paid not later than 17 June 2021.
