On December 25, 2020, Luxi Chemical Group Co., Ltd. (SZSE:000830) closed the transaction. The company has incurred expenses of CNY 6,647,010.82 and received net proceeds of CNY 3,289,289,736.68 in the transaction. Pursuant to the transaction, the share capital of the company has increased from 1,464,860,778 shares to 1,904,319,011 shares.
