Luvu Brands, Inc. announced unaudited consolidated earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended December 31, 2016. For the second quarter, the company reported net sales of $5,134,000 against $4,888,000 a year ago. Income from operations was $521,000 against $340,000 a year ago. Income before income taxes was $399,000 against $224,000 a year ago. Net income was $224,000 or $0.01 per basic and diluted share against $222,000 or $0.00 per basic and diluted share a year ago.
