Lum Chang Holdings Limited Appoints Andrew Chua Thiam Chwee as Non-Executive Independent Director, Member of Audit and Risk Committee and Remuneration Committee

The Board of Directors of Lum Chang Holdings Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Andrew Chua Thiam Chwee as Non-Executive Independent Director of the company with effect from 21 December 2015. He will also be appointed as a member of the Audit and Risk Committee and the Remuneration Committee.
