Chairman of the Board of Directors of LUKOIL Valery Grayfer received Director of the Year National Award of the 9th all-Russia Corporate Governance Forum in recognition of his lifetime achievements in corporate boards of directors.
Director of the Year National Award recognizes personal contribution to the development and promotion of highest standards of corporate governance that facilitate performance efficiency and strategic growth of businesses.
Director of the Year National Award, established by the Association of Independent Directors and Russian representative office of PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2006, is organized in association with the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs and Moscow Exchange as the general partner.

LUKOIL Press Service reports, that First Executive Vice President Ravil Maganov received the Order of Alexander Nevsky.
The oil and gas condensate field of PJSC LUKOIL, formerly known as Rakushechnoye, located within the Severnyi Area in the Russian Sector of the Caspian Sea has been renamed after Valery Grayfer by order of the Russian Federal Agency on Subsoil Use.
LUKOIL won awards in three categories of the 22nd Annual Reports Contest 2019, organized by Moscow Exchange and Stock Market Media Group.
