From April 6, 2021 to June 30, 2021, the company has repurchased 84,587 shares, representing 0.52% for KRW 1,433.64 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 84,587 shares, representing 0.52% for KRW 1,433.64 million under the buyback announced on April 6, 2021.
LOT VACUUM Co., Ltd. is a Korea-based manufacturer principally engaged in the provision of dry vacuum pumps for semiconductor manufacturing. The Company manufactures and sells dry vacuum pumps which are used to maintain the vacuum state without oil, used in manufacturing of semiconductors, displays, solar cells and others. It also distributes high vacuum turbo pumps for semiconductor manufacturing. The Company also provides equipment-related after-sale services including maintenance and repair services. The Company distributes its products within the domestic market and to the overseas markets. On September 30, 2013, it established a new wholly owned subsidiary in China, engaged in the sale and repair of vacuum pump for semiconductor.
