Longreach Oil Limited is an Australia-based oil and gas exploration company. The Company's principal activities are investing in Starlogik LLC (Starlogik) and maintaining the exploration assets. The Company operates in two segments: Exploration and Investment. The Exploration segment relates to exploration for metals, other minerals, oil, gas and other energy resources, either directly or through equity investments in exploration companies. The Investment segment relates to an investment in a United States-based company specializing in telecommunications. Starlogik delivers a universal cloud hosted telecommunication system, which works on any network and telephone without change, operating on the Star key embedded in every mobile phone. The Company's oil and gas assets include an interest in Petroleum Lease 280 in the Surat Basin, Queensland and an interest in Brisbane Petroleum Limited, which in turn owns petroleum leases in the Surat Basin in Queensland.
