COMUNICADO AO MERCADO
A Log-In- Logística Intermodal S.A. ("Log-In", "Companhia" - B3: LOGN3) informa aos seus acionistas, investidores e ao mercado em geral que recebeu, nesta data, carta por meio da qual o Sr. Eduardo de Salles Bartolomeo apresentou a sua renúncia ao respectivo cargo no Conselho de Administração da Companhia, com efeito imediato.
A Log-In agradece o Sr. Eduardo de Salles Bartolomeo pelos serviços prestados ao longo da sua trajetória na administração da Companhia e registra que o Conselho de Administração se reunirá para tomar as providências cabíveis.

NOTICE TO THE MARKET
Log-In- Logística Intermodal S.A. ("Log-In", "Company" - B3: LOGN3) hereby informs its shareholders, its investors and the market as a whole that it has received, on this date, a letter by means of which Mr. Eduardo de Salles Bartolomeo tendered his resignation to its position in the Board of Directors of the Company, with immediate effect.
Log-In thanks Mr. Eduardo de Salles Bartolomeo for the services rendered throughout his trajectory in the management of the Company and informs that the Board of Directors will meet to determine the applicable measures.
