Limoneira Company (the "Company") is disclosing through this Current Report on
Form 8-K that it is returning the $3,609,200 in proceeds from a loan provided by
City National Bank, which was granted pursuant to the Paycheck Protection
Program under the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act, and was
not used by the Company.
The information furnished with this Item 7.01 of this Current Report on Form
