COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT

The following is a Company Announcement issued by LifeStar Holding plc ("the Company") pursuant to the Capital Markets Rules issued by the Malta Financial Services Authority.

Delay in Publication

The Board of Directors of the Company refers to the publication of the Annual Financial Report for the financial year ended 31 December 2023.

Technical delays in the implementation and integration of the third-party software for the computation of the financial statements under the IFRS 17 standard sourced internationally from one of the world largest vendors in the IT market has led to a delay in the conclusion of the audited Annual Financial Report for the year under review.

The Board of Directors, Audit Committee and the external auditors have been meeting on a regular basis to ensure that the Annual Financial Report is approved and published on a timely basis, but the IT software licenced to the group has presented management with unforeseen challenges in the aggregation and integration of data necessary to align with the new format.

Approval of the Audited Financial Statements

The Board of Directors is committed to approve the Annual Financial Report for the financial year ended 31 December 2023 by no later than the 31 May 2024.
