RECEIPT OF LETTER OF DEMAND

The Board of Directors ("Board") of Libra Group Limited ("Company"), along with its subsidiaries ("Group") wishes to announce that it has on 8 October 2021 received a letter of demand from the solicitor representing Mitsubishi HC Capital Asia Pacific Pte Ltd ("Mitsubishi") for the sum of $14,309.28 that is allegedly owed by Kin Xin Engineering Pte Ltd ("Kin Xin") to Mitsubishi for the alleged breach of a hire purchase contract.

The solicitor representing Mitsubishi has also alleged that the Company is a guarantor for all sums owing by Kin Xin to Mitsubishi and Mitsubishi is claiming the sum of $14,309.28 from the Company.

The Company is seeking legal advice on the letter of demand and will take the appropriate action accordingly. The Company will update shareholders and potential investors of the Company on any further material development on the letter of demand by way of further announcement(s) as and when necessary.

Shareholders and potential investors of the Company are advised to read this announcement and any further announcements made by the Company carefully. Shareholders and potential investors of the Company are advised to refrain from taking any action with respect to their securities in the Company which may be prejudicial to their interests, and to exercise caution when dealing in the securities of the Company.
