Liaoning Energy Investment (Group) Co., Ltd. signed an agreement of intent to acquire Liaoning Clean Energy Group Co., Ltd. from Liaoning Hongyang Energy Resource Invest Co.,Ltd (SHSE:600758) and others shareholder on April 19, 2021. Pursuant to the terms of transaction the settlement will be done via issuance of shares.
