LH Financial Group Public Company Limited Announces Termination of Adul Vinaiphat as Independent Director, Chairman of Audit Committee and Chairman of Corporate Governance Committee

LH Financial Group Public Company Limited received the termination letter from Mr. Adul Vinaiphat, independent director, chairman of Audit Committee and chairman of Corporate Governance Committee. This is to comply with the Bank of Thailand's requirement that independent director can hold the position of director not over 9 years. Effective from 1 May 2022.
