LH Financial Group Public Company Limited announced that the Board of Directors meeting held on October 12, 2018 acknowledged the resignation of Mr. Sun Vithespongse, Independent Director, Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Member of the Audit Committee, Member of the Corporate Governance Committee, and Member of the Risk Oversight Committee due to health matter. The resignation with effect from September 30, 2018 onwards.
