CJ Hellovision Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A037560) agreed to acquire Super Race Co., Ltd. for approximately KRW 190 million on January 16, 2015. The Board of Directors of CJ Hellovision decided for the deal on January 16, 2015. The deal is expected to close on January 23, 2015.
