LendingTree, Inc. (NasdaqGS:TREE) acquired certain assets of Dubond Infotech Services, LLP for $0.5 million on December 31, 2018. As part of this acquisition, Niral Patel entered into employment with a foreign subsidiary of LendingTree, Inc.
