An unknown buyer agreed to acquire 23.8% stake in KPX Green Chemical Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A083420) from KPX Holdings Co.,Ltd. (KOSE:A092230) on September 26, 2017. Under the terms of the transaction, KPX Holdings Co.,Ltd. will sell approximately 4.75 million shares of KPX Green Chemical Co., Ltd. Post-acquisition, KPX Holdings Co.,Ltd. will cease to hold any stake in KPX Green Chemical Co., Ltd. Board of Directors resolved the transaction on September 26, 2017.
