To spread the general meeting of shareholders, the Company sought to avoid the most concentrated date in 2022 as designated by the Korea Listed Companies Association. However, considering the settlement schedule, etc. of the Company and its subsidiaries subject to consolidation, it is inevitable to hold the meeting on the most concentrated date, which will be March 30, 2022.
In the future, the Company will actively participate in the Compliance Program to spread the general meeting of shareholders, and endeavor to avoid the most concentrated date.
