Kone Corporation announces that it has won a contract to modernize the Thirty High skyscraper (formerly 'Portland House') in central London with a range of people flow solutions.

Landsec's renovation of Thirty High will be carbon-neutral in both construction and operation, Kone assures.

With a height of 101 meters, Thirty High will feature an extended roof terrace on the 30th floor, offering panoramic views over London.

The order includes fifteen Kone MonoSpace 700 machine-room-less elevators, twelve of which are dedicated to passengers, two to firefighters and one for services. It is estimated that, each day, Kone's equipment will move around 2,000 passengers inside Thirty High.
