Kondotec Inc. provided consolidated and nonconsolidated earnings guidance for the first half ending September 2021 and full year ending March 2022. For the second quarter on consolidated basis, the company expects consolidated net sales to be JPY 30,886 million, operating profit to be JPY 1,511 million, net income of JPY 1,105 million and earnings per share to be JPY 42.34.
For the full year on consolidated basis, the company expects consolidated net sales to be JPY 63,700 million, operating profit to be JPY 3,370 million, net income of JPY 2,450 million and earnings per share to be JPY 93.80.
For the second quarter on nonconsolidated basis, the company expects consolidated net sales to be JPY 23,082 million, operating profit to be JPY 1,486 million, profit of JPY 1,026 million and earnings per share to be JPY 39.30.
For the full year on nonconsolidated basis, the company expects consolidated net sales to be JPY 47,590 million, operating profit to be JPY 3,145 million, profit of JPY 2,164 million and earnings per share to be JPY 82.88.

The Industrial Materials segment is engaged in the manufacture, purchase and sale of civil engineering and construction materials such as roof drains, floor hatches, suspension rings, brackets, balcony hardware, screws, turnbuckles and joint hardware, and construction equipment such as welding machines, drilling machines and concrete cutters, as well as the provision of rental services. The Steel Structure Materials segment is engaged in the manufacture, purchase and sale of construction related materials such as brace sheets for steel structure processors. The Electrical Facility Materials segment is engaged in the purchase and sale of electrical equipment such as photovoltaic battery modules, air conditioners and lighting equipment for electrical contractors and consumer electronics retailers.
