Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited, Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. (NYSE:KKR), Advent International Corporation and TPG Capital, L.P. are in advanced talks to acquire 72% stake in Alliance Tire Group from Warburg Pincus LLC for approximately $400 million, reported Reuters citing three sources with direct knowledge of the matter. The sources also told Reuters that two other minority investors may also sell their stakes in Alliance, giving the buyer roughly 75% of Alliance Tire.
