King Wan Corporation wins S$29.6 Million Worth of

New M&E contracts

Order book stands at S$154.5 million

SINGAPORE, 8 November 2021: MAINBOARD-LISTED King Wan Corporation Limited ("King Wan" or "the Group") ( 庆源企业) today announced that it has secured new mechanical and electrical (M&E) projects in Singapore during the period from April to September 2021, worth a total of S$29.6 million.

Major new projects secured include:

  • Sanitary, plumbing, gas, rainwater, dry riser and fire hosereel installation with Temporary Water Supply at proposed Public Housing Development (Total: 1,044 units) at Tengah Drive and Tengah Park Avenue;
  • Sanitary, plumbing, gas, rainwater, wet/ dry riser and fire hosereel installation installation at proposed Public Housing Development (Total: 664 units) at Micnair Road;
  • Sanitary, plumbing, gas, rainwater, dry riser and fire hosereel installation at proposed Public Housing Development (Total: 1,270 units) at Pasir Ris Drive 3; and
  • Sanitary, plumbing, gas, rainwater, dry riser and fire hosereel installation at proposed Public Housing Development (Total: 767 units) at Tengah Drive/ Tengah Boulevard.

These projects are scheduled to be completed between 2022 to 2026.
