The Board of Directors of Kencana Agri Limited announced the resignation of Mr. Soh Yew Hock as the Lead Independent Director, Chairman of Audit and Risk Management Committee, Member of Remuneration Committee, Nominating Committee. Mr. Soh Yew Hock will cease to be considered independent after the conclusion of the AGM to be held on 26 April 2024 and shall resign as Director.
