Dongkook ind. Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A001620) and Kukin Industrial Co., Ltd. acquired 46.89% stake in Cosmolink Co., Ltd. from KB Metal Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A024840) for KRW 7 billion on December 31, 2015. Dongkook ind. Co. acquired 0.48 million shares and Kukin Industrial acquired 0.77 million shares at an offer per share of KRW 5,600. KB Metal holds 45.03% stake in Cosmolink Co., Ltd. after the transaction.
