In accordance with the order of the Department of the Committee for the Regulation of Natural Monopolies of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Atyrau Region, Main Waterline LLP (100% of the participation shares belongs to KazTransOil JSC) is introducing new tariffs for the regulated service of water supply through main pipelines using the incentive method tariff regulation.

From July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025, the tariff for industrial enterprises and other commercial organizations will be 1,400 tenge/m³, an increase of 104.8%; from July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026 - 1,450 tenge/m³, an increase of 3.6%; from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027 - 1,500 tenge/m³, an increase of 3.4%; from July 1, 2027 to June 30, 2028 - 1,550 tenge/m³, an increase of 3.3%; from July 1, 2028 to June 30, 2029 - 1,600 tenge/m³, an increase of 3.2%.

From July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025, the tariff for oil and gas producing enterprises will be 2,472.99 tenge/m³, an increase of 21%; from July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026 - 2,922.90 tenge/m³, an increase of 18.2%; from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027 - 3,130.33 tenge/m³, increasing by 7.1%; from July 1, 2027 to June 30, 2028 - 4,132.03 tenge/m³, an increase of 32%; from July 1, 2028 to June 30, 2029 - 3,521.41 tenge/m³, decreasing by 14.8%.

From July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2029, the tariff for the population, budgetary and non-profit organizations, as well as other enterprises providing utility services to the population, budgetary and non-profit organizations will be 30 tenge/m³, an increase of 66.3%.

From July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2029, the tariff for agricultural producers will be 100 tenge/m³, an increase of 53.9%.
