Kenges Rakishev announces results of the Offer to sell shares of Kazkommertsbank

14 June, 2016. Almaty, Kazakhstan. Mr. Kenges Rakishev announces purchase of common shares of JSC Kazkommertsbank from the shareholders subject to the Offer announcement made on 6 May 2016 in accordance with p. 3 of Article 25 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan 'On Joint Stock Companies'.

As a result of the Offer, based on received applications and orders, Mr. Rakishev purchased 648,120 common shares of Kazkommertsbank from minority shareholders at price of 211.4978 KZT per one common share.

Upon completion of the transactions shareholding structure of Kazkommertsbank is as follows:
