Kalray launches Coolidge 2 DPU processor

Kalray, a specialist in hardware and software technologies dedicated to the management and intensive processing of data from the Cloud to the Edge, announces the availability of Coolidge 2, the new version of its DPU processor.

Following the completion of the Coolidge 2 design phase last June and its entry into production, Kalray received the first samples of its new processor at the end of August. The product will be delivered to the first customers by the end of the month.

Coolidge 2 aims to boost the performance of Kalray's current range of fast storage solutions. Beyond the intensive storage market, Kalray aims to take a leading position in the broader Edge Computing market with this product.
