Hack Shiko Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire a 5% stake in Kaizen Platform, Inc. (TSE:4170) from Kenji Sudo on February 15, 2022. The acquisition of the Shares will be an acquisition of 5% or more on a voting rights basis and will fall under the collection act specified by Cabinet Order as an act equivalent to a tender offer.
