Juniper Networks, Inc. announced earnings results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2021. For the second quarter, the company announced total revenue was USD 1,172.3 million compared to USD 1,086.3 million a year ago. Operating income was USD 85.7 million compared to USD 90.5 million a year ago. Net income was USD 62 million compared to USD 61.2 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.19 compared to USD 0.18 a year ago. For the half year, total revenue was USD 2,246.7 million compared to USD 2,084.3 million a year ago. Operating income was USD 113.5 million compared to USD 129.9 million a year ago. Net income was USD 30.9 million compared to USD 81.6 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.09 compared to USD 0.25 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.09 compared to USD 0.24 a year ago.

The group's products are primarily intended for telecommunication service providers, government organizations, educational institutions, and research centers.
