JT Corporation (KOSDAQ:A089790) acquired 49% stake in Cng Materials Co., Ltd. for KRW 79.5 million in cash on July 1, 2014. JT Corporation is acquiring 0.08 million shares of Cng Materials. For the period ending December 2013, Cng Materials reported total assets of KRW 6.63 billion, net assets of KRW 163 million, total liabilities of KRW 6.46 billion, sales of KRW 994 million and net loss of KRW 848 million. Board of Directors of JT Corporation resolved the transaction. The transaction is expected to be closed by July 1, 2014.

In addition, it provides conversion kits and parts. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets.
