CHICAGO, June 4, 2024 - JLL announced today that it has hired Kristen Vosmaer as a managing director for its growing Data Center Work Dynamics business. In this role, Vosmaer is responsible for data center growth initiatives, building strong relationships and guiding high-performing teams dedicated to delivering exceptional client experiences.

Vosmaer has worked within the data center industry for more than 20 years, amassing experience and knowledge regarding operational excellence, organizational development and team building, customer success, technology and product road mapping and partnerships. A Dutch native, he's created and managed international teams and worked across industries to leverage his knowledge of energy, construction, technology and design. He's led teams comprising more than 550 operators and technicians across 13 countries, supporting over 800 MW of data centers and managed service projects for more than 200 sites.

"Our data center clients are facing the challenge of keeping aging facilities relevant and financially viable, while concurrently having to adapt to changing workloads that will usher in a new era of design and facility management methodologies," Vosmaer said. Vosmaer joins JLL from GLP, a leading global builder, owner, developer and operator of logistics real estate, data centers, renewable energy and related technologies, where he was Vice President of Global Operations. He is based in Sonoma, Calif., and reports to Landek.
