Jiyi Holdings Limited Announces Resignation of Ye Yihui as an Independent Non-Executive Director, Chairman of the Audit Committee and Member of the Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee

The board of the directors of Jiyi Holdings Limited announced that Mr. Ye Yihui (Mr. Ye), has tendered his resignation as an independent non-executive director of the company with effect from 24 November 2023 due to his personal health reasons. Following Mr. Ye's resignation, he has also ceased to be the chairman of the Audit Committee and member of the Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee of the Company with effect from 24 November 2023.
