EXPECTED DATE OF DIVIDEND PAYMENT

Reference is made to the announcement issued by Jiumaojiu International Holdings Limited (九 毛九國際控股有限公司) dated March 23, 2021 in relation to the annual results for the year ended December 31, 2020 (the "Annual Results Announcement"). Capitalized terms used herein shall

bear the same meanings as those defined in the Annual Results Announcement.

As disclosed in the Annual Results Announcement, the Board recommended the payment of a final dividend of HKD0.02 per ordinary share and a special dividend of HKD0.02 per ordinary share for the year ended December 31, 2020 (the "Proposed Final and Special Dividend"). Subject to the Shareholders' approval at the AGM to be held on Wednesday, June 2, 2021, the Proposed Final and Special Dividend will be paid to the Shareholders whose names appear on the register of members of the Company on Friday, June 11, 2021. The Proposed Final and Special Dividend are expected to be distributed to the Shareholders on Wednesday, June 30, 2021.
