Jinke Smart Services Group Co., Ltd. provided consolidated earnings guidance for the year ended December 31, 2021. The board of directors of the Company wishes to inform the shareholders of the Company and potential investors that, based on the preliminary review of the unaudited consolidated management accounts of the Group for the year ended 31 December 2021 and the information currently available to the Board, it is expected that (i) the unaudited consolidated revenue of the Company (corresponding period of 2020: approximately RMB 3,358.9 million), (ii) the unaudited consolidated profit before tax of the Company (corresponding period of 2020: approximately RMB 767.6 million), (iii) the unaudited consolidated net profit of the Company (corresponding period of 2020: approximately RMB 633.2 million), and (iv) the unaudited profit attributable to owners of the Company (corresponding period of 2020: approximately RMB 617.6 million) will each record an increase of more than 70% as compared to that for the corresponding period of 2020. The increase was mainly attributable to the increase in the area under management from the Group's property management services and the overall increase in the Group's community value-added services and local catering services, which led to the increase in the Group's consolidated income and consolidated profit.
Jinke Smart Services Group Co Ltd is a China-based company mainly engaged in providing property management services. The Company operates four major businesses. The property management services business provides property developers and owners with property management services, including cleaning, greening and maintenance. The value-added services to non-property owners business provides value-added services for property developers and property management companies, including site services, project planning and management consulting services. The community value-added services business provides housekeeping services, park management services and house brokerage services for owners and residents. The smart technology services business provides property developers, property management companies and other companies with smart solutions, including smart design services, smart on-site services and smart integrated operation platform services.
