The Company, through its subsidiary, Qingzhou Jiajiafu Modern Agriculture Group Co., Ltd (JJF China), grows and supplies organic vegetables in the Chinese market, with a focus on Shandong province. It operates an agribusiness in Qingzhou City, Shandong Province, China. The Company is involved in agricultural technology innovation in relation to fruit and vegetable farming, harvesting, packing, marketing, supply and distribution. Its main products include fresh produce, such as tomatoes, cucumbers, eggplants, chillies, radishes, potatoes and yams, and processed food products, such as dandelion tea, pumpkin powder and dried persimmons. The Company sells its fresh agricultural produce to wholesale retailers and supermarkets who generally enter into annual supply contracts. Its operations are conducted over its ecological agricultural park with approximately 305 hectares of plantation sites, and over 400 greenhouses.
