5.Cause of occurrence:According to the notice from the Village Committee
of Xitou Community, Houjie Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, and in
line with the local government's epidemic prevention policy, the company's
mainland subsidiary, DONGGUAN HOULIE HUA-BAO ELECTRONICS TECHNICAL LIMITED
COMPANY, will be suspended from March 16 to March 21.
6.Countermeasures:
(1)JPC has used other factories to carry out necessary production
deployment to reduce the impact on the company's operations. Therefore,
according to the current situation, it is judged that there is no
significant impact on the company's financial business.
(2)Contingency measures will be taken in accordance with local government
regulations to ensure the safety and health of employees.
(3)If there are any matters that should be announced in line with laws
and regulations regarding the subsequent progress of resumption of work,
